We are highly experienced in assessing Crew applications and will pre-select the qualified, rated and current people you need.  You then make the final decision about who will report for duty.

Your Crew will be drawn from Betts Recruitment’s database of over 10,000 global aviation professionals, qualified and current on virtually all types of aircraft and used to flying in all terrains and regions.

A full set of Crew documents will be supplied for CAA approval per person and our experienced, professional management support is provided throughout your selection, reporting and operational phases - until the last person goes home - including full payroll services.

Betts Recruitment Crew Leasing Options

Ferry Pilots

One call and we’ll action an immediate Ferry Request to all the Pilots in our network who hold the rating, licence, passport, validation and visas you need.

Your costs to us are limited to a Daily Rate (including per diem/overnight allowance), Air Tickets, Hotel and Ground Duty Transport for the number of days you require.

Whichever country your Operation is based in we offer a legal solution which removes any obligation that you may otherwise have to pay Employer’s Social Security costs.

Freelancers

We maintain an On-Call Pool of pre-approved (by you), qualified and current Flight Deck Crews and/or VIP Cabin Attendants.

One call and we’ll action a Freelance Flight Request, for you to select from those who confirm their availability.

Your costs are limited to a Daily Rate (including per diem/overnight allowance), Air Tickets, Hotel and Ground Duty Transport for the number of days you require.

Whichever country your Operation is based in we offer a legal solution which removes any obligation that you may otherwise have, to pay Employer’s Tax or Social Security/National Insurance costs.

Contractors

A mid to longer-term option, when you plan to secure Flight Crews, VIP Cabin Attendants or Licensed Maintenance Engineers who will reside locally, to provide their services on a rolling basis, from 1 month or more.

Your costs include a Monthly Rate, Per Diem, Air Tickets, Accommodation, Ground Duty Transport, Paid Leave/Off Rotations, Life, Medical & Repatriation Insurance and Uniforms.

Optional costs include loss of licence insurance, paid sick-leave, paid maternity/paternity leave, company mobile phone and any other benefits you may prefer to offer, in accordance with your Company policies.
