The Positions

Our Client’s Airline belongs to a wider group of leading companies in Nigeria, with interests across industries as diverse as Automotive, Rice, Steel, Electronics, FMCG Packaging of Instant Foods, Paper, Plastics, Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals.  The Airline already operates 3 x large jets with 3 additional aircraft being delivered this year. 

Our first Licensed Engineer reports to this Client next week and they’d like additional members to join their Team.  They plan to recruit (not contract) their new Learjet LR45 Engineers within the next 2-4 weeks, or as soon as possible.

They offer:

• A working schedule of 5 days on, 2 days off, based on 180 hours per month, with all tools provided
• Overnights are not common, but if you do fly with the aircraft at any time, accommodation etc is all provided
• US$6,300 per month (no tax is deducted) plus US$750 local salary
• Bachelor accommodation; a shared house with 3 bedrooms
• Ground duty transport
• 2 weeks paid holiday each 6 months
• 1 return flight per year

Who will they hire? Knowledge Skills and Experience Required.

Selection/Interview Process
This recruitment programme will move very quickly.  The Betts Team review, shortlist and recommend Candidates to our Client - based on your CV and the QSF. From these recommendations, our Client will then invite their own shortlisted selection of Candidates to attend an Interview, the format of which will be advised as we progress.
